        To much cheese
Slacking on exercise (I have been guilty of this the last week. Back on track TODAY)
        Not drinking enough water
Eating to many of those blasted flax pb cookies!
Eating out to much. Restaurants use a lot of salt!

Heavy cream- one time I caught myself drinking it like it was milk! I still can't trust myself to buy it.

When you take the first step and accomplish that tiny little act, the necessity of which may be apparent only to you, you will be astonished to feel that the effort, rather than exhausting your strength, has doubled it—and that you already see more clearly what you have to do next." –Philippe Vernier

As far as food Rockstars, Monsters, and whatever other canned carbonated delicious garbage they sell for $3.00 and the "low carb" (BS) power bars. Stop your loss dead in its tracks and I owe it too my friends here for helping me get off those things. *hugs* love ya!

I hate to admit this because I love it soooooo much, but I think cheese is a staller for me. I'm going to try an experiment next week - 7 days of no cheese - and see what happens!!

And heavy cream. Who said they could drink it like milk? Pineapple? I'm with you, sister!!!!
