  • what to do

    ok,this might sound crazy but in the last week and im on my last day of induction.A few days out of the week i just havent been hungry.Im not going to force myself,I believe that if your not hungry dont eat.I will eat at night around 6 very healthy stuff,and still exercise usually slim in 6,or 1 hr tredmill.Now,since i havent been eating will this stall my weight loss???Should i really force my self to eat breakfast and lunc??

    Yes, you need to eat something. I would eat something small every few hours. If you don't feel like a full meal just snack. Don't go more than six hours without eating even if you don't feel hungry. If you skip meals it will cause your blood sugar to drop. That could cause you to get over hungry and cheat. It is also not a healthy habit to get into. I find that if I don't eat every 6 hours, I get shaky and don't feel well. Think of Atkins as a way to make you healthy. It is not a fad, starvation diet.

      Absolutely. One of the cardinal rules of this diet is you need to eat at least every 6 hours. Don't blow it now, your doing an amazing job.
