No DANDR !!!

    No DANDR !!!

    Hi everyone, let me tell you I have had a heck of a time keeping up with all the abbreviation you people are using. It takes up way to much of my time trying to find out what the heck people are talking about. "OWL" killed me, I kept asking myself what does an owl have to do with anything? But all that will change soon I hope because the people at my library LOVE me. I am there like almost everyday bugging them with a million questions hehe
    So after checking out other atkins books and not finding what I wanted in them I questioned the library once more with WHY they didn't have the book I was looking for. The "DANDR" was no where to be found. I can't afford to go out and buy much of anything right now so this is my next bestest way to get things done and get what I want . Well because they LOVE me so much (sarcasm will get you anywhere) they are going to have one of the other libraries send it there so that I can get it. WOO HOO Now maybe I wont feel so stupid around all the abbreviations and I'm sure it will help me. I will buy the book some day because I know it's like a bible to the diet and need it on hand but for now this will have to do. Induction, Extended Induction and then another Extended Induction and then maybe I will have the smarts and nerve to move one to what ever it is that comes next. OWL or what ever... OH and my favourite "Onederland" do you have any clue how long I pondered over that one before figering it out .
    I suprised I didn't get into Onederland before realizing what it was Grrrrr....

    Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. You want the 2002 edition. You can get the book really cheap at used book sales, but even new it only costs about $5.00. That's what I paid for mine at a grocery store of all places.

    If you ever have questions about what an abbreviation means just ask. It really helps to read the whole book. Everything will be much easier to understand.

          I got mine at Wal-mart for about $5 new. I also got the Vita-nutrient book for about $5, but that was at the half-priced bookstore.

            There's a link here on the site to go to half.com and you can find copies for as little as 50 cents.

              I bought mine through half.com for .75 (thank you Sheila for the link).
              VERY worth the inconvienence of waiting for it to come in the mail.
