I know it's only been like 8 days but I can feel a difference. I was at the mall yesterday and I usually could only walk about 5 minutes before my back started to hurt (which is I'm doing Atkins now) and I was walking around for about 30 miniutes and never felt any pain. I am not as uncomfortable as I was before. I believe this is going to work. I was playing paintball last summer but then the only thing I can think of is we started to hit the ol' buffets for lunch like EVERYDAY and the weight piled on me to the point of causing the back pain I mentioned before. Nothing like pain to motivate you huh?
