4 pound in 1 week

My husband lost 4 pounds in one week and he wants to lose 6 pounds in second week of induction any comments that the weight loss is faster in second than first week.

Different people lose weight at different speeds. Its a very personal thing.

Why does he want to lose 6lbs in week 2? I mean if he only lost 4lbs (week 2) what would he do, would he not be happy with it?

But it really depends on the individual.

Yeah!!!! Just like Rich said it all depends on the individual. Just take the loss and appreciate every pound that falls off. You can follow the plan perfectly and not have a loss some weeks.

I am afraid that this is a YYMV thing, Sairasar = Your Mileage May Vary, or 'it just depends' as others have said.

It would be great if he could lose 6 pounds in the second week of induction, but I cant think of any way to guarantee that.

But the one thing I can 'guarantee' is that if he follows induction rules faithfully he will do the best his body can do as regards to weightloss!

He won't be losing 6 pounds of fat in one week anyway regardless of the scale. I hope he doesn't get discouraged if he doesn't hit that goal. The weight comes off if you're good and it may not be on the schedule that he desires.

yes happy and is in the third week of induction and wants to lost 10 more pounds.
