Anybody here know the carb count for duck eggs? They are a bit larger than an extra large chicken egg. I figure maybe 1 carb per egg?

Re: Duck Eggs......
No idea I'm afraid. I cant eat them, they are far to rich for me now and give me a cronic stomach ache when ever I try them.
Hopefully you will be ok.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o

Re: Duck Eggs......
Awww, but ducks are so cute! They are one of the few birds I don't like eating because I just find them so adoreable. Chickens are mean, I don't have any problem gobbling them up

I am S_O_O_O_O_O_O glad Atkins isn't Vietnamese! But I guess even Balut qualifies as zero carb; but how could you figure the rest of the value counts? Part duckling, whole, cordon bleu...

I actually found this quote funny...
"If they came and offered me the $50,000 right now to just eat one more, there is no way I would do it again," said one contestant after downing two of these suckers. "There is no way."
Just two? I can down four easily.
Geez, now I'm getting hungry and the balut vendor won't be passing by for around five more hours.Robbie T., 240/180/160. 41yr Male, Height 5'9"

Re: Duck Eggs......
Hmmmmm. And to think that I've been working so hard on this little farm when I could be a BALUT vendor. How much can you get for a half-baked duck egg anyway? Matawguru, I could mail you a dozen today, if you like. It's not like they're going to go BAD or anything! I bet if you keep them warm, they just taste better and better! Not to mention crunchier! Sorry if I'm making you hungry. It's actually time for me to eat breakfast, so I've gotta go!
