    What's for dinner?

I have a big batch of this http://salad.allrecipes.com/az/Bodac...ccoliSalad.asp
in my fridge, chilling for dinner!! Mmmmmmmmm....

Of course I used splenda instead of sugar. I blanched the broccoli briefly to make it nice and green. I also added some chopped yellow and red peppers, and I would have added celery but I just forgot to buy it.
I'm roasting up some chicken legs to go along with it.

I've made variations of this before and I just love it. We rarely eat bacon...mainly because we like it too much...lol....and it just adds the perfect touch to the salad.

There'll be leftovers and they're even better the next day.

Yup chicken here too. Beer can chicken. Mashed taters and gravy for the boys. Cauliflower of some sort for me. Maybe. I'm not really hungry, big grilled dolphin caesar salad for lunch.

This is the "dolphin" I was referring to, not a "porpoise". Just want to clarify so I don't get clobbered!! LOL.

That dolphin fish looks like a kid I went to high school with. Seriously!

Moochie, thanks soososososos much for the heads up about that broccoli salad. I'm putting the ingredients on my list, that recipe looks great. I think I might add a little bit of dill (my new favourite spice) to liven it up.

                          Dinner:
Half a leftover salad from Chipotle (no dressing), cup of green beans, 2 slices of bagon with cream cheese cloud chasers. Mmm.

I had dolphin in the Barbados and I couldn't get enough! I just loved it and i'm not a fish person.

It's funny all the restaurants that had it on the menu had (NOT FLIPPER!) in quotes right after it LOL.

I had a greek omlette with feta, tomato and spinach.
