It's great to be able to not feel tempted...finally (well, 90% of the time, anyway... there is the very odd occasion...) . Now I'm able to cook regular meals for my family (here in Italy, it would be unthinkable to suggest they all skip pasta!!!) or extra starchy veggies for them, without craving at all.
One thing still does get to me though... smells. If I go past a bakery...hmmmm... I just drool. But..I tell myself that the smells are often so much better than the actual cake/bread/bun when it's cooked. Like coffee... does anyone else agree with me that the smell of coffee beans being ground is way, way better than the actual drink?
