        Good idea Biggestlooser!
Something we losers sometimes forget is that when we have lost 50 pounds we dont need to eat as much food to keep body and soul together!!
This is why it is important to learn to recognise the difference between being hungry and just wanting to eat!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

If you are eating this is very large portions...if you are binging on this as you have said I totally agree that you should top eating it....it may be for some reason a trigger food for you.

Anytime a food seem to make you overeat to the point of stuffed and past the point of satisified we should examine that food as a possible problem.

My brother in law did a plan he said it was Atkins but...he ate very large portions of steak and lots hamburger and lots of cheese and lots of bacon and ate a little salad but was still eating very large portions ...because he could and he didn't losing any weight...I tried to tell him the right way or to read the book but he just said"Atkins" doesn't work for him.

personally I think eating too much of any one food is not at all good for you ...you should eat a wide variety of fresh foods ...for many reasons ...mainly to get the best nutrition possible ...

Very very good piece of advice. Moderation and variety.....that is the main reason most of us have problems.

I stalled at 160 for 6 months. hmmm could it have been my calorie consumption vs. my calorie output? I think so!! this is a pivotal weight plateau for a lot of women.
