    Hello ,

    I just wanted to thank everyone for responding to my questions and helping me. I do have a question about supplements. I haven't found a multivitamin yet, I wanted to try Carb-Assist by Centrum. But haven't done so thus far. This is my second day, and I would like to get some advice on the supplements and vitamins you all recommend.

    Re-read Chapter 23 in Dr. ATkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 ed. There is the huge chart with the breakdown of vitamins Dr. Atkins wanted us to have. Make sure whatever multivitamin you choose has the same amounts that is listed in the chapter.

      Oh, I love this topic!!! I take Centrum Carb Assist, 500mg Vitamin C, B Complex Multi-vitamin, Grape Leaf Extract, Biotin, 1000mg Flax Seed Oil, 250mg Magnesium, and 600mg Calcium with Vitamin D. I feel great, and have more energy than I have in years! I love this way of life!!! Viva La Atkins!!
      What would we do without it?

          No, I take all of those. If you use www.fitday.com, and plug in ALL your food and vitamins it will help you figure out what you need. I am taking the biotin to help my hair grow, and I wasn't getting enough Magnesium (cold hands and feet all the time), and the other stuff is just because I believe it is good for me and I need it. Like I said, I feel great!!!
