In recognition of my 15 lbs. lost so far I donated $15.00 to the board. I don't think a dollar per pound is much to ask. The support and knowledge here is fantastic. Thanks all!

That's wonderful! That's why i did also. All the support and tough love and friendship is well worth it.

If youread and listen to the book and its advice, you will succeed. Nothing worth having ever came easy. "A stupid man's report of what a clever man says is never accurate because he unconsciously translates what he hears into something he can understand." -- Bertrand Russell

Oh yes! Supporting ADBB is money well spent! Without this board many many more people would come unstuck... and I include myself. Everyone here makes such a huge difference. And for those of us who live in countries where there aren't many Atkineers, ADBB really stops you feeling you're out on a limb and doing this alone.

I just celebrated my waltz into Onederland (soon very soon) with another donation that matches my loss, I think its a great way to give back and say thanks to everyone who helped you along the way.
