OK another day off today.
NO running.
NO weights.
NO working.
Started today by dancing for an hour or so in the living room with my wife...
Went out in the afternoon together strolling in the park and ate my first frankenfood...an Atkins chocolate decadence bar........hate to say this but...WOW! tasted soooo good...I think I'll keep the wrapper and try to duplicate the recipe at a later date...
Evening meal together in our favourite chinese restraunt in chinatown.
Afterwards went to the comedy club for a couple of hours stand up.
Tomorrow back to running, weights, working etc. With my batteries fully recharged though!
