I found this site below yesterday and i'm really liking it. It's got alot more too it compared to fitday and it really seems pretty good. It's free, and you can put in all your weight goals , food goals (carbs, fibre etc) fitness goals and it tracks them.
What i find really neat is when users put in a custom food, it can into the public list..so you can choose it! One thing I hate about fitday is having to constantly enter my foods. It also divides your foods between b'fast lunch and dinner.
You can also select a 'low carb diet' carbohydrate goal, and it subtracts the fibre from that amount for you.
The look is a bit busier than fitday, and takes 5-10 minutest to setup your goals, but once you get used to it it's pretty good.
