It is very strange though , in the past it has been so hard for me to do the low carb thing and today I'm having no cravings or hunger pangs , everything is going just fine. Today low carb seems to be the natural thing to do!
I did make sure to have the foods that I enjoy most :
breakfast was a two egg omelette with half a cup mushrooms , for lunch I had one and a half cup of salad veggies with tuna (canned in olive oil) and mayonaise and for dinner I plan one cup of broccoli and pork chops. I brought a few hard boiled eggs to work and had one of those mid-morning.
I'm gonna ask my boyfriend to upload a pic of me tonight , so you guys can finally add a face to my name!

. I had surgery two months ago and three days ago my doctor gave me her ok to start working out again so I've been running for three days now (slowly building it up!!) and yesterday I took my first pilates class in two months.
