I started out at 147, and wanted to get to 132 or so, thinking that would be realistic, but not really believing I could do it.
Then I hit 136, then 135, and I was soooo surprised! So I lowered my goal weight to 128. Why not?
Then I hit 131, then 130...so I lowered it again to 126. Hey, I can actually do this!!
Now I'm at 129...and yes, I want to lower my goal weight to 122. That's what I weighed in high school, and that really is a healthy weight for me. I was going to settle for 10 pounds higher because of my age, but screw that!! Why not look as good as I did at 18??
Anyone else wanting to lower their goals when they find out it's really possible??

) and he thinks I'll be too thin. You can never be too thin or too rich, or so the saying goes. According to the body calculators, I should be between 113 and 138.
Now, he says I look HOT .. so I believe him now!!
