  • Aspartame

I would like to say that I have given up all artificial sweeteners.

Especially aspartame. And I have felt much better. Lower anxiety, and reduction in sweet tooth

      Well done, Dave
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

        Way to go, man!

Isn't it scary how awful this stuff is? I really think before I switched to just water it was killing me!
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

            Re: Aspartame

            thanks all.

I just think all these sweeteners are just another item to add to the list
of highly processed human made crap.

All adds to the modern day phenomenon of food junkies. Of which I confess to have been a major victim.

              Re: Aspartame

Well unfortunately its not realistic to think we will only have water the rest of our lives.I myself, need plenty of "flavour" in my daily life, and to not have the odd diet soda, or sugar free drink would be impossible.Good for you if you have made that decision, I , however rely on "splenda" to get me thru the day without cheating.

There is far too much evidence out there about soda.....diet or not. It's all poison.
