    ARe these any good and do they cause stalls?I see them on the link provided on the site, and was considering buying some to make some new recipes....... is this smart or should I just live a life without flour?

    It depends what's in those products and if they are compatible with your phase of the Diet. For example, a product that contains soybean flour won't be acceptable on Atkins until the OWL phase and even then, only if 5 net carb gram amounts.

      That is what is so great about OWL!! The only thing you really have to live your life without is sugar!! You can add so many healthy foods back as you climb the rungs. Almond flour is one that you can add back in on Rung 3. I just started that rung this week. If you miss bread, have you tried the Revolution Rolls? I make them and have sandwiches with them. So yummy!!!! Try new things so you don't get bored with your food choices. Killerbombshell posted a great flax cereal receipe, it so good!!!
      What would we do without it?
