I've been buying the same Levi's in continuously smaller sizes and today I went to pickup my 12s. I was able to zip and button them for about 5 seconds and it was painfull, but it was just a very short time ago that I first squeezed into my 14s. I'm going to try them again next Monday and will update this post with my weekly fitting. I love Atkins!

Great job, those 12s will be your 'comfortable jeans' in no time. When I started, my 14s were tight, and now my 12s are so freakin comfortable. You can do it!!
