    Hey,

    last night I tried to put a pic of me on the board , but as you could have guessed , failed miserably.
    I found a thread on the board for how to do it right, but the link always directed me to the starting page.
    Anyone who can explain how I should post a pic?

      There are a few options, you could go to: http://imagebucket.com or similar site and upload the photos there. You would then link to the photo from here.

      -Or-

      You could upload them to:
      403 Forbidden
      http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/gallery/

      Click on the upload menu option.
      Browse to the photos on your local hard drive. Remember there is a limit on the size for photos for members.
      After the photo is uploaded, below the photo is the BBCode that you need copy and paste into a thread or signature.
