  • What's for dinner?

Ok, I know there are a million of these threads every week, but I love them.

    What's for dinner, everyone?

I'm having Sausage Quiche (recipe courtesy of Linda Sue http://users3.ev1.net/%7Efontlady/sa...casserole.html)! Most likely will be paired with a side salad.

How about the rest of you? I live for these threads... I'm such a food voyeur.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

    Vigilance, not perfection.

Tonight I'm going to Outback with my friend. It'll be a side salad with ranch, and a bacon cheeseburger with no bun and broccoli on the side.

      I can't wait!

Tonite is Kabobs! Marinated chunks of chicken, pork and beef, skewered with chunks of zuccini, onion, mushrooms and grape tomatos! Of course a nice salad on the side!

I'm trying Mog's fancy, complicated crock pot pork roast. (Actually, you just throw the meat in the pot, throw some sauerkraut on top and turn it on - lol) I'm looking forward to trying it. Oh, and we'll probably have a little salad too b/c I love salad.

I am envious H2Ohhh -- Buffalo Wings are the best!

Tonight for Sombersusie and I is St Louis pork ribs with my dry rib rub. I didn't have enough time to smoke them, but they are being slow cooked to perfection as I write this. The house smells great too.
