I'm not too familair with fitday yet and I have a question. I put all my food in I have eaten and plan to eat for dinner. It came up with 33 total carbs and 12 fiber. Would I be able to subtract the 12 fiber to get net carbs of 21. I put some of the items in at a greater quantity than I actually ate so if I end up right at 20 then I know I am really a little under. Am I calculating the carbs right using the net carbs?

Yes, subtracting the fiber is the right way to figure out net carbs.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

You got it - some kinds of carbohydrate are not digestible by humans, so they can't provide any fuel to us.

After messing with it and correcting the quantities I got a total of 26 carbs 10 fiber so net carbs would be 16 if I stick to the rest of the day I have planned. It would be 53% fat, 43% protein and 3% carbs a total of 2083 calories. Probably not a good calorie count but I'm doing induction so going with more protein to ward off the hunger. Once I get past induction I can cut down the meat servings a bit.

You want higher fat, not protein. Fat will keep you full longer, and extra protein will convert to glucose and that will hinder your weight loss. You want 65%fat, 5% carbs, and 30% protein.

I just put in breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack which I packed and brought to work with me and it is a little better % wise. 57% fat, 40% protein, and 3% carb. I added some olive oil to cook my omlet in this morning, and some mayo to my tuna for lunch. That should help with the fat and warding off the hunger. Thanks. I don't know exactly what's for dinner yet. Believe it or not I'm not even thinking about it yet. haha

Make sure you have a nice high fat dinner. How about a nice yummy steak with mushrooms fried in butter? Yummy!!!
