  • Thanks to all my "water mentors"

    Just wanted to post a quick "thanks" to all of you dillegently encouraging water! I think I am finally getting it. A huge thanks to Sunflowergirl; although I don't post often, I am always checking in and reading up on your progress - with our having such similar goals, etc.

    Anyhoo, thanks!

    I know its amazing isnt it. You really do become dependant on water and feel that you need it.

    Any water haters out there, give it a go and before long you will love the clear stuff!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I am going to start to replace my diet coke with water starting tomrrow.

        And it is sooo much cheaper than soda/pop! You gotta love that! I drink tap water so it's free.

          Thank you so much!!! I really believe that water is so important to weight loss, and overall good health. I tried to drink diet rite last night, and dumped it out. It tasted so gross!! LOL I don't think I can drink anything but water now.
          Your kind words really brought a smile to my face, thank you so much. I can't wait till we are at goal!!!
          What would we do without it?

            Hi Gina. Why not start drinking water today? Its readily available and much cheaper than diet coke.

              Great advice, as always!! Dump the diet coke, that stuff is really bad for you. Remember, just because it says 'Diet' doesn't mean it is good for your diet!! LOL
              What would we do without it?
