    I convinced a friend to get on Atkins

    I love it when this happens. I have had people I barely know come up and ask how I did it, and I love that. Today my good friend called and said, give me the book, I'm ready. Yeah!!! She doesn't have much to lose, but she has been gaining weight lately and feeling sluggish. I'm so happy she is willing to try a new WOE. The sugar just isn't working for her anymore. In one year I have convinced 7 people to follow Atkins. The most important person to become an Atkineer is my husband. He started at the beginning of the year and is already down 40 pounds. We will show the world by example!!!!
