  • I declined!

    One of my nice co-workers came around with ice cream: choco-covered drumsticks and ice cream bars (*whine*)

    I said I'll have to pass, but thanked her for the offer. Everyone around me is eating ice cream drumsticks.

      The work place can be a killer. If I ate everything my co-workers brought in,Oh thats right I did do that.Know wonder America has the weight problem it has. I don't know if it ever gets easy turning all the goodies down,but I know now it can be done.

        congrats on making the healthier for you choice. Just imagine what those drumsticks would look like plastered on your thighs and you will not want them.

              That is so GREAT!!! It might not feel like it now...but when they still have huge butts following them around and you don't then you will feel the satisfaction of turning those down!!

                    Imagine not only plastered to your thighs, but imagine your fat parts getting fatter or your co-workers getting fatter as they eat them.

                        You do have better self control than you used to, we all do. That's what I love about Atkins.
