confused, does CLA work?

I know this may have done the rounds before,

but has anyone had success with CLA for bodyfat (especially stomach) fat reduction?

My thought on pills for weight loss is this, if there was a pill to make you skinny everyone would be taking it and we wouldn't be here! DANDR is all you need to lose that weight and be healthy.

I've read many studies that CLA as a dietary supplement aids muscle growth and helps fat loss. My FAVORITE SUPPLEMENT OF ALL TIME is Atkisn Essential Oils w/CLA. However, they dropped it with the shake up.

CLA is absolutely UNSEXY as supplements go. It does not wire you or dehydrate you or anything odd. It is just a building block of muscle growth and a good idea. I can tell you that I lost more weight taking it than not - assuming I was in ketosis anyway and was otherwise adhering to the good doctors ideals.

Yep I hate those heavy ladened stimulant supplements, they just wind me up.

I am a big believer in omega-3. I have taken CLA for a week now & feel fine.

will let you know how I go
