Hi....I failed the yeast spit test so I went to GNC & they told me that the absolute best way to clear up yeast was Garden of Life Fungal Defense for 2 weeks and then followed by Primal Defense....when i looked up the ingredients...it says:
vegetable coating (vegetable gum, dextrose, lecithin, citric acid)...i think that just means the outside of the pill & i doubt a fungal fighter would have much sugar, but this still worries me....
will this cause me to stall????
