Maybe I',m the only one who didn't know that this websitehad this function, but when you access the nutrition info for the food item, there is an icon at the bottom to add it as a custom food into your fitday. Just be logged beforehand and it automatically adds it. If you haven't actually eaten that item, don't forget to remove it from Today's Foods.
