  • Stallers forever?

    I would really like to ask this specifically of those in maintenance, esp those who've maintained for a while...but that forum looks pretty slow LOL.

    Anyway, those who found on OWL specific foods or types of foods made them stall or gain, were you ever able to eat them again? Once at goal or in maintenance, did they make you gain or crave or sick or whatever the initial problem was?

    I'd say you would probably want to stay away from any foods that cuase you cravings, but for foods that would stop you from losing, in maintainance you're no longer trying to lose, so as long as you can eat the foods in moderation, and not gain, i don't see why not. I have issues with nuts (portion control), they don't cause me to gain as long as i eat them in moderation, problem is i have a hard time not eating too many. My biggest craving food is dreamfields pasta, I tried it once and the cravings were awful, so i won't have it again.
