I just edited my siggy and noticed a section called reputation points. Thanks to all who made nice comments...but what are they? How do you give them?

If you think a post is worth giving points to you click on the scale on the top of the thread. Next to the #1 on your post above. How many you get determines how many green boxes you have and your Rep power. this is just under your post counts~Lauren~

As well as giving rep points for the info in a post you can give them for other reasons, maybe to encourage someone who has just posted that they fell off the Atkins WOE but are trying to get back on, or to cheer them up if they post about something going wrong in their life.
I think of them as being cyberhugs or cyber pat-on-the-backs!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
