can you have vienna sausages on induction...they are within carb limits...and are the perfect little snack. But are they "legal"?

What are the ingredients? If the ingredients are "legal" according the the Rules and Foods List, then the food is typically legal.
It's been a long time since I've read a label for Vienna sausages, but I remember there are 2 servings per can. So if you eat an entire can, you'll need to count that as 2 servings.~Megs~
