    Im a BIG offender of the not taking time and ENJOYING dinner. I love food. Im a foodie. I love flavors and textures and sensations. But... I bolt my food. I need to slow down and enjoy it and savor it.

    (Ive been guilty of the water thing lately too. time to refill the bottle on my desk!)

    234/182.0/not shopping in the fat girl store.
    start 1/9/06 (down 49.5inches as of 7/7/06)
    10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
    (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
    Foods I cannot have-
    Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
    spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


    I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

      Too much food for me.
      You know 4oz. of cream cheese with cocoa..............at 9:00p.m. no less!
      Make it a happy low carb life!

        Failure to plan, but I've been much better at this on ATkins, and portions too big, mostly in the meat dept 'cos I'm a big carnivore!
