The one thing I have noticed this week on induction is that I have to force myself to eat after breakfast. I can eat breakfast and go all day without every feeling the slightest bit hungry....and I have to make myself eat a salad or *something* at night.
Granted my breakfasts are usually 3 egg omelets with bacon and shredded cheese inside, cooked in butter..... or Pork Rind Mock French Toast and bacon.....and I drink water all day long...but I know my body probably needs more than that. I'm taking a multivitamin and Vit. C and L-glutamine too.
Anyone else realize that they could really go all day on one meal if left to their own devices?? Sometimes I feel almost nauseous at the thought of having to eat something....and absolutely no cravings anymore!! Oh and the Keto sticks are dark purple all the time, without waver.
I sometimes I feel like I'm on another planet. Looking for others who are finding it pretty easy.
