I recently joined the board, and have been lurking more or less since I started the program again, but I have been doing alot of reading of the forums and really learning alot....I have both the DANDR and the DAEssentials, which I plan to read over the weekend.
Just wanted to say that my jeans were almost falling off of me at work today, so I am very encouraged.
I ate some peanuts yesterday only because I really, really had to. How many days will that set me back? Also is there anyway I can accelerate the weight loss (I know, don't eat peanuts
).
