    Flavored Teas?

I have a Stash tea, the Caramel Creme variety. There is no nutritional data on the box and on the website it says their teas in general have 0 calories, 0 carbs.

Is is possible these teas don't have carbs? Since I love chocolate so much, I was tempted to buy the tea as well... Should I count it as a carb anyway to be safe while in induction?

(It is the bagged type of tea, to be steeped at home)

Read the ingredients because sometimes they put sugar (or a form of sugar) into these products.

If the tea complies with the foods appropriate for your phase of Atkins, then you can have it. But it doesn't count towards your daily water intake.

Thank you not2late , although it says "100% natural ingredients", it's the listed "natural chocolate" and "leche flavors" that have me confused.
