Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and have read mixed opinions on whether or not mama lupes tortillas are allowed on induction. Does anyone know for sure? thanks.

What are the ingredients of these tortillas? Dr. Atkins was very specific about the foods that are allowed during Induction and the foods that aren't allowed. So if these tortillas are made with grains (corn, wheat, etc.) they aren't allowed during Induction, no matter what their carb count is.Originally posted by zbethzHi everyone. I'd say definately NOT. They are lower carb because of extra fiber in the ingredients. (But you can eat some shredded fillings, but no beans
)
