  • Boot Camp Clean Induction Experience.

Those of you who have been to boot camp...
I would like to go to bootcamp am wondering if you would recommend it? I am not new to low carb or atkins but I have not had the success I would like in the past.

Re: Boot Camp Clean Induction Experience.

It really forces you to take stock of what your current eating habits are and evaluate them for things that may hold you back. It is a bit of a commitment as you are part of a team so don't take it lightly! If you are willing to really commit to staying clean and taking some helpful advice for the two weeks, I think it will help almost anyone!

I graduated from the last Boot Camp, and it is tough... no excuses, no leeway, just a good, clean induction. Keeps you busy.

I found it really, really helpful though. If you can put in what you need to put in, then you will get everything you want.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

      Vigilance, not perfection.
