Adding Photos To Gallery
A. For Supporting Members – You must request that a gallery be set up for you in Supporting Members.
1. Go to ADBB Gallery – this is in the list of options across the top of the ADBB pages.
2. Click on Supporting Member topic from the list.
3. Find your name in the list and click on it. There is more than one page, the list is alphabetical.
4. Click Upload from the list of commands across the top.
5. Click Browse and find the folder your picture is in on your computer and click on the photo in that folder, until the title shows up as the chosen file. The path to it should show up in the first box under files to upload when you find it and click open. The path to it should show up in the first box under file to upload.
6. Put in a Title and Description for your photo in those fields.
7. The category should say Supporting Members already. If it does not, pick that from the drop down list.
8. You can put in any key words you would like so that it will show up in a search. You do not have to put anything there. Putting in some key words will help later if you need to search for it.
9. Click Submit. You should be taken back to the Supporting Member Gallery and your photo or graphic should be there with the rest.
B. General Membership
1.Go to ADBB Gallery
2. Click on General Membership topic from the list.
3. Click Upload from the list of commands across the top.
4. Click Browse and find the folder your picture is in on your computer and click on the photo in that folder, until the title shows up as the chosen file. The path to it should show up in the first box under files to upload when you find it and click open. The path to it should show up in the first box under file to upload.
5. Put in a Title and Description for your photo in those fields.
6. The category should say General Membership already. If it does not, pick that from the drop down list.
7. You can put in any Key Words you would like so that it will show up in a search. You do not have to put anything there. Putting in some key words will help later if you need to search for it.
8. Click Submit, You should be taken back to the general membership gallery and your photo or graphic should be there with the rest.
C. Deleting a Photo or Graphic
1. Go to the gallery that the photo or graphic is in.
2. Click on the photo so that it comes up centered at the top.
3. In the upper right corner of the window where the photo or graphic is showing, click on Image Tools.
4. Click on Edit Image from the drop down box.
5. Put a check mark in the box before the sentence that reads: To delete this image, check the box to the left and then click the 'Delete This Image' button below.
6. Finish by clicking Delete.
D. Sizing
If you have trouble placing a picture in the gallery and Page can not be displayed is shown, you may have to resize your picture. You can view allowable extensions by clicking Upload, Go to Image Options and click on View Allowed Extensions in the File to Upload box.

1. Go to the gallery that the photo or graphic is in.
2. Click on the photo so that it comes up centered at the top.

5. Put a check mark in the box before the sentence that reads: To delete this image, check the box to the left and then click the 'Delete This Image' button below.
6. Finish by clicking Delete.
D. Sizing
If you have trouble placing a picture in the gallery and Page can not be displayed is shown, you may have to resize your picture. You can view allowable extensions by clicking Upload, Go to Image Options and click on View Allowed Extensions in the File to Upload box.
