I'm so psyched right now!! I'm back in the 180's again as of my weigh in on Monday and I'm so thrilled with the results. I had a clean induction with no cheats and I'm opted to stay on an extended induction, with a few extra added carbs every once in a while. I'm not going full blown OWL, but have tried out a couple of "low-carb" foods with no change in my ketosis (as shown on strips) and no slow down of weight loss....so I don't feel so "deprived" when I can do that occasionally.
I'm adding more water this week as I realize I haven't been drinking nearly as much as I should...and upping my activity level. We'll see if these changes help me continue on a steady weight loss.
