Ok I'm not trying to be groos but ever since the second day of my induction I have had the worst diaharrea ever and it sucks. It's like soon after I eat or drink any water here it comes. So what I'm wanting to know is if this normal?

Re: Bathroom Issues!
It is fairly common to have 'bathroom issues' when you start induction. Many of us have the opposite too!!
How much fibre are you eating? Are you having your 3 cups of veggies?
Dr Atkins suggestsFrom what I have read here this should work to regularise diarrea too!12.If you are constipated, mix a tablespoon or more of psyllium husks in a cup or more of water and drink daily. Or mix ground flaxseed into a shake or sprinkle wheat bran on a salad or vegetables.
Don't be tempted to drink less water to even things out though - you must still drink your 64 fluid ounces plus 8 more ounces for every 25 pounds you want to lose.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
