hi all, i got a problem. i keep buying those stupid haribo sweets and cheesecakes every once a week whenever i just about get on track these cravings start to hit back in for sugar. its like the body makes this unstoppable internal chemical that my body just shoots out to buy those things :S . i was going soo good for 25 weeks but then this rubbish struck that i got to buy these particular things. please help. any focus questions would help.
