    New to the ADBB

    Hi everyone,
I am new to the ADBB and have been lurking for about 2 weeks and have finally signed up. I have rekindled my Atkins program since finding this site.
I've lost about 15lbs in 8 weeks and average a 1 to 1-1/2 lb. loss per week.
I have found your posts here very insparational !
I am planning on starting a clean induction, since I really didn't exactly stick to the rules strictly when I first started. If I can get 15 posts in by Sunday, maybe I can get signed up for the Boot camp starting on the 15th.

    Hi Jack
    Welcome to our ADBB family.

Congratulations on your loss over the last 2 months
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
