Anyone have any experience w/Progress Low Car soups.

The Chicken Enchilada holds about 12 gr per can. However, the most important thing is how it works in real life!

    Thanks for any feedback.

never used it make your own homemade soups and you can be sure how they will effect you.

remember too just cause a product is low carb doesn't mean it is Atkins low carb. a low fat low carb food can trigger sugar swings from the protein being converted to sugars.

I say check the ingredients to see if there is anything that you are not supposed to have yet. If it's legal, you could give it a try and keep in mind that it shouldn't be an all the time thing. Also, remember portion sizes (and how much sodium they may contain). Be sure to leave your self enough carbs to get you through the rest of your meals without feeling the need to cut out veggies or anything. Plug it in fitday for an idea about how it may fit into your ratios!

I have cans of that soup. It's not induction legal due to the ingredient, mainly the corn starch or other ingredients used to thicken it. Even the onion soup has corn starch in it to make the broth less watery.
