  • The next 2 wks of our lives! Lets make a difference.

    So, the next Boot Camp starts tomorrow and i am going to do a clean induction right along with the boot campers. Anyone like to join me ?
    I would love some company. This will be especially hard because my birthday falls right in the middle of the two weeks!
    I am also going to drop the splenda and decaf coffee i love so much!
    I lost 12lbs when i did Boot camp back in April and would like to again.


    So, who is going to join me???




    Tomorrow i will weigh myself and post my weight and meeasurements so i can compare at the end of the 2 weeks.

        Ok, I am in!! Two weeks, starting tomorrow!
        Don't try! We can do it!!!!
        What would we do without it?



        Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

        Frankenfoods- Low Carb Shakes, Bars, Candies.
        Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!!
        These are BAD for us!!!!

          Ok, girls!!!!!

          Noorian- it didnt work before? You lost nothing?
          I think this time you will loose!

          I still need to do my measurements and weight. I will post them later tonight.
          I am really hoping to jump start my weight loss. I havent lost anything since Boot camp. I have lost some inches but no lbs!

          Shall we make this a mini Boot Camp girls???
          We can have some small assignments and accountability for the 2 wks.
          What do ya think?

            This is a version of the Boot Camp commitment that i made in April that i am signing again to help keep a promise i made to myself.

            I promise to follow the Atkins Rules of Induction, the Acceptable Food List for Induction.

            I promise to do a clean induction which means no coffee, soda or splenda substitute.

            I promise to drink my water everyday even if i dont want to!

            I promise to check in Monday through Friday, and keep a daily journal including food and exercise knowing that this information can and will be used to better me.

            Lastly, I promise to have fun, make new friends and become the lean, mean, healthy eating machine I always wanted to be!

              Ok, here are my promises!

              1. I promise to exercise 5 days a week.
              2. I promise to follow Induction rules for the next two weeks.
              3. I promise to use fitday.com every single day.
              4. I promise to help other ADBB members any way that I can!

              Thank you so much for this!! I have been stuck at 155 for almost a month, and I think its because of 'carb creep', no exercise, and I stopped using fitday. This is just the kick in the butt I need to get back on track!
              What would we do without it?

                I'm in too! I've never bothered with the actual boot camp because it's a struggle for me to get online regularly. But I saw this post yesterday and decided to make a go of it since I've slipped up recently.

                I was great yesterday, no soda, nothing not on the induction food list, plenty of water AND exercise, and I lost 2lbs overnight!

                Today I've been good (so far, but the days still young)

                It's my 21st birthday in 3 weeks so I want to do it by then, so I'm going ot do a clean induction for the next 4 weeks. Thats my promise to myself

                But I'm in with you guys!

                        Ok, i am a terribly person!!!!

                        I started this and havent checked in since mon! OMG!

                        I had to work yesterday from 7-10 needless to say a very very long time! Today was almost just as long!

                        I still havent measured but i did weigh i will post it all at the end.

                        How was everyones day?

                        Are we ready to begin Bootcamp? Will everyone copy and sign the oath with me????

                            I'll join! I need to get back on track as soon as possible. I owe my life to Dr. Atkins for getting me to my goal, now I just need to stay there!
