I think if it's just carbonated water then I can't see it being prohibited, so maybe drink it in addition to your minimum daily intake. If it does have flavoring or sweetener, then that's a different story.

It's okay to have (provided it's not sweetened with fruit juices or sugar), but it doesn't count towards the daily water requirement of a minimum 64 ounces daily. (Ch. 18 DANDR 2002)
Yea, maybe it's just to cover the ones that could possibly have some type of added carbs with sugar or fruit juice flavorings. The ones that I drink are no carb/no sugar.
Ingredients are carbonated water and natural flavorings. Must be a trace of carbs in the natural flavorings (lemon, lime, cranberry etc) Maybe some slight trace of hidden carbs.
Thats probably why it's not allowed on induction.
