i normaly eat nothing up until dinner time, and i usually have some carefully prepared beef seared to perfection (i am a really picky eater
) with some sauted onions and garlic, green/red bull peppers,grilled broccoli,brussel sprouts-or whatever meat i decide on - fatty lamb chops/roast,pork chops/roast,ribs,chicken thighs ,wings,buffalo steaks.I usually have some kind of raw veggie to accompany it- maybe a handfull or so ,and hout later i sip on some hot water to help it all digest through the night
.Basicly meat/fat and veggies a variation of the Paleo/raw diet.
it all seems to be working great and i am feeling excellent,as opposed to when i would eat a large salad,or only veggies and soup or eggs.I tried the whole veggie thing and it really wasn't for me.i was never more constipated in my life for a long time! just curious of how much carbs everyone eats in general, i float around 20-30 grams a day ..maybe even less, but i eat alot of fats and meats to fill me up.i also use butter instead of margerine or anything else.
