    Probably would Help Analogue I was cooking i the outfit I was wearing can't imagine wearing sleeves LOL. There is stuff you can buy that you slather on before but, I didn't have the money to buy any. MY BAD oh well hey no matters it'll heal really fast YAY!!!

          It was soooo awesome the Announcer told everyone about my 107 pounds and eveyone started roaring as I came in what a feeling then they did My slogan and also told em the saying on my Siggie if you belive in yourself anything is Possible.

              YA now I have the BESTEST MEMORY of anything Barb when I run I will always remeber that. It was Increadible. My heart was Pounding and the cheering was amazing it was like they were all there for me.

              Oh I am soooo getting sore Bath time HOT bath time. My muscles are really tightening up and Walking is a real effort ROFL. It's sooo worth it though So very Worth it. I am planning on the next one Now maybe the full. HMMM have to really see cause I am a wreck ROFL.

                  okay we need to take up an ATBB collection for body glide for you for the marathon

                  I guess it is too later now but a hiot bath isn't the right thing for your muscles as the tissue will swell even more. a cool soak after the run would be best. that will help with all the small tears you got.

                      OMgosh I am sooooooo Sore YUP I am Wrecked I have never been this sore in my entore life HA HA. SMall tears HMMM well I think my whole body is a tear I did the cool bath and it felt really good but, after sleeping for 12 hours last night I am really sore it's still worth it even if I can't hardly walk.

                          Thank you soo much my kids were sooo excited that I ran and they were so good the whole day having to get up so early and everything they were awesome. I am missing my oldest who was away camping with her little buddy but, hey she wanted to go so that was cool.

                          The first pic I was at the 18km mark and I was sooo tired and there was my Hubby and 2 kiddos I was soo happy to see them and it pumped me up to finish I am sooo glad they were there it really perked me up in the last 3 kms.

                            Sarah, I can relate! The day after the marathon, my legs were *doing their own thang* when I would try and walk. It was pretty funny now that I think about it, but it surely wasn't funny at the time!

                              whew glad you didn't soak in a hot bath. Yep your body took a pounding and is letting you know all about it and that darn muscle save your life genetic stuff is telling them to store more rescue use supplies which will make them even sorer as they swell with fluid for that reason too. Make sure even though you are sore you do some moving today too.

                                OH man I would Love to do the Disney only Problem is Money Just can't get up there I will most likely in a year do the FUll here in Red Deer which will totally kick my *** and I should be at goal by then.

                                I am moving around as much as possible it's helping but yup I am a wreck put on like 5 pounds HA HA fluid oh well.

                                Hey, I have absoulutlely no Black toenails the only thing I got was 1 Blister on the inside of each toe other then that My toes are awesome no Blackness. YAY!!!
