ok haha weird title i know , so let me explain.................... last nite.......... which was officially the end of my 4th week on the woe i drank a BOTTLE of wine and ate more sugar than i have done in a long time! i have no particular idea why i did this, bit strange, had a friend over, maybe i will blame her .... 
well neways this morning i woke up smelling like an alcoholic candy store owner, this i did not like as iam usually comforted by the fact that every morning i have a slight garbage can smell about me ! iam comforted by this smell because it is a sign i have not been eating those evil carbs, and it is nothing a quick brush of the teeth wont sort! i hope you all know what i mean and dont think im a tramp who likes a go dumpster diving....... 
so neways just thought id make this little post to highlight the weird little things you notice with the woe and 2 say that i absolutely love it, and with any luck i will get my weird garbage smell back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxx
