I had a bad weekend this weekend. TOM was on the way and finally came this morning. I had so much to do to get ready for surgery this Thursday and didn't have energy to get it all done and I got really depressed about not ever getting caught up on things. I almost said yesterday just screw it for a few days this is too stressful. I did end up cheating and eating some chocolate. Dang it. Why can't I get past this sweet craving thing. But I am back on track today and going shopping tonight to get ready for after surgery. I'm hoping now that TOM has come I can get back to not craving sweets all day.
