    Hi im on my 11th or so day of the diet im not happy with the fat on my stomach area, it's still there and pretty flabby aswell, I need to weigh myself tomorrow but will the diet get rid of this flab, what do you recommend specifically.

    It will help us answer you best if you will post some stats about yourself like height, weight, age and gender. Generally speaking, I think this way of eating hits the stomach flab pretty early on, especially if you have a moderate to significant amount of weight to lose before goal. If you have less to lose, of course it still really helps but you have to acknowledge that exercise is going to be what ultimately tightens your last trouble spots. The Slim in 6 tapes/dvds are really good just as any ab routines would be for the waist. Also, lots of water will help rid you of any bloat you may have from the former carb days

      Lots of water and exercise. Crunches will help a a lot or other exercise that specifically target the belly area. Depending on how large yours is (mine is large) the flab may sag even more as you lose the weight so you need to do the exercise to help tighten that up. My cousin lost about 200 pounds and a lot of her belly, but she still had low hanging skin down there and had to get a tummy tuck.
