Well - about two weeks ago had a bad weekend and put on 5lbs. It started with a weird sugar crash.
Anyway - decided to go back into induction. I've been pretty dilligent about keeping my carbs lower than 20. I've been pee-ing on keto sticks religiously. They turn varying shades of purple.
Yet - my weight is unchanged!! I can't figure it out. I've done this before - and it has always worked. Now - two weeks and ...nothing.
Yeserday - I had scrambled eggs for breakfast; steak & eggs for lunch; salad for snack; small steak for dinner; Atkins shake for lunch. That's not my usual eating pattern - but you get the idea. Very VERY low carb.
The only not-by-the-book thing that I do is to have an espresso in the mronign and a few DECAF coffees during the day.
Today - I had two poached eggs over spinach for bkfast. Turkey Salad over lettus & onion for lunch & tuna salad on a plate for dinner.
Harrumph.

You need to flush out those extra pounds somehow before they take up permanent residence there and water is one of the best ways to do it.
...I am always going on and off this diet...each time it takes longer for the pounds to dissappear...So the sticks...always thought
